PASO ROBLES, CA—November 4th, 2013—Eberle Winery is proud to announce its success at the 2013 annual Haunted Caves event held at the Eberle Winery caves in Paso Robles, California. Eberle estimates some 800 people took part in the event, which means the winery plans to deliver a check of nearly $3,000 to Camp Ocean Pines located in Cambria, CA.
This is what their website has to say about their programs:
Camp Ocean Pines was established in 1946 to serve the community as a non-profit camp and a conference center. A jewel on the Central Coast, the camp sits on thirteen donated acres of Monterey Pine forest that nearly meets the ocean shore. Camp Ocean Pines has made memories for more than 100,000 campers – with generations more to come!
Camp Ocean Pines is a truly unique place for kids to come. Wildlife abounds, with seals and otters swimming by, and deer roaming through the property. The students who come to us from urban settings find this a remarkable place! They serve thousands of kids in summer camps and environmental education programs. They also host students from the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation and a camp for kids with HIV/AIDS – all who enjoy the benefit of acceptance in a beautiful natural setting.
Eberle Winery is proud to partner with this amazing program located here on the Central Coast and help improve the lives of children who attend COP. Gary Eberle says, “I feel the best when I am donating to charitable organizations that focus on children and education. Camp Ocean Pines fits the bill. I’m happy to be a partner in their success.” www.eberlewinery.com
